Here are the key steps for using Dotloop as a RE/MAX NOW real estate agent:
1. Account Setup:
• The admin will invite you to join RE/MAX NOW group on Dotloop. Check both your inbox and spam folder and sign up for an account.​​
• Set up your profile, including contact information, office information and photos.
2. Template Document Management
• Use templates from RE/MAX NOW Master Document folder for common forms to save time.
• Click all the documents needed, click “COPY TO” and “AS DOTLOOP DOCUMENT” and click “To Templates” to save onto your folder.
• Upload documents (contracts, disclosures, etc.) to the transaction.
3. Create a Loop (Transaction):
• Click “Add loop” to start a transaction.
• Enter property details, client information, and other relevant data.
4. e Signatures:
• Use “Autofill” function to prepare a contract to save time.
• “Add person”, set as “Can Sign” and request electronic signatures from clients.
• Track signing progress and receive notifications.
5.Task Management:
• Assign tasks (e.g., inspections, appraisals) to team members.
• Follow the transaction checklist to ensure all necessary steps are completed.
6. Archive
• Loops or documents cannot be deleted, but they can be archived, or hidden, so that if the occasion arises where you need access to these important files, you can always retrieve them.
