OFFICE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Computers

For agents whose desk is assigned, please bring your computer.

For agents without an assigned desk, you may use common computers. However, you cannot use personal PIN numbers or save documents.

Conference Room
-
The conference room is available for all agents at any time.
-
No eating is allowed in the conference room except for events.

The agents should learn how to operate the TV and computer in the conference room.
Food
-
Eating at your desk and the rear table is allowed.
-
Please clean up after eating and using the coffee station.
-
Use the designated garbage can in the rear of the office for food and smelly items.
Copier Machine
-
Agents may use printers for real estate matters only.
-
Color printing is available for listing prints only up to a limited number of pages per month.

Agents should learn how to operate printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.

Users of the copier machine must ensure that it is left clean and operational after each use. Any paper jams or malfunctions should be reported to the office manager promptly.
Office Hours

If you are the last person to leave the office after 5 pm, please make sure to lock the entrance door and turn off all lights and air purifiers.

Fobs to the office entrance should be kept securely and cannot be given or borrowed by anyone else.

Lost fobs are $30.

Business Cards
The office provides the first set of business cards to all agents. Agents are responsible for obtaining additional business cards thereafter. Please ask Admin to order.​
Listing Sharing
Agents are encouraged to permit other office agents to use their listings in advertisements, unless there are specific restrictions in place. When utilizing an office listing, agents should not refer to themselves as the "listing agent."

Dotloop is the official platform for REMAX NOW Office, and all agents must use it for the following purposes:
